CNC Router Services

We Cannot cut Ferrous metals like steel. if you want to cut a material that isn’t on the list then please inquire as it might be possible.

We have an AXYZ 3-axis CNC router that can handle materials up to 5′ x 10′ and up to 6″ thick in many cases. It is equipped with vacuum hold down and an onboard multi-tool changer for automatic tool swaps to maximize efficiency when multiple tools are needed. It also includes a Vortex cold gun for plastics and oil misters for aluminum. This setup allows us to engrave and cut your project with maximum efficiency. For sheet materials where multiple objects need to be cut, we can nest objects over multiple sheets to optimize material use.

EVA Decking

We offer complete EVA Decking services. From templating and designing, custom cutting and installing. We can install EVA Decking on almost any smooth surface. It is commonly used for boat decks, golf cart floor mats and trims, RV steps for better pet friendly traction, side by side floors and bed liners to protect cargo, coolers and even truck beds. Many different color options available. 

Woodworking and finishing

As well as cutting out your projects we can offer some assembly and finishing depending on the project we are working on. In addition to the CNC Router I have a large fully equipped wood working shop. I also can use the CNC Router to plane large pieces of wood that do not fit in most planers.
